History

Bio: I was born in Augusta in 1950,my Dad was part of the Normandy Invasion as an Army recrute.He met my Mom in Paris,brought her to the US and married in 1946 at Augusta.We all came back to France in 1951 when my dad opened up a snack bar (Joe From Maine) in Chateauroux near a big Nato Airforce base.I went to school on the base until 1966 and came back to the States to finish school, I joined the Air Force in 1969 and did a tour in Vietnam as a French/English interpreter with the Forward Air Controllers over Cambodia.I have been living in France since 1977 but come back to Maine often with my family.
